So you’re in year 12 and are busy trying to decide what you should do when you finish your A-levels.

You’ve sat through hours of subject talks, you’ve spoken to careers advisers, had personal statement talks and walked round higher education fairs, picking up hundreds of different prospectuses (which are actually really heavy), and you're starting to feel a bit spaced out! You may still have no idea what you want to do, whether you even want to go to uni or which uni is best.

Fortunately for you, we've created this website to give you some information on what uni life is really like, particularly here at Essex.

You can still access the University's official website for course info, and the Students’ Union website for events and activities, but if you want to know what life's really like as a student here at Essex then this is the place to look!
